Rich Gorazd

We use our own professional team of carpenters when performing foundation, framing, and trim work. This provides us with greater QUALITY control over the construction of each new home. Subcontractors working for State Construction are Licensed Trade Workers with many years of professional experience and must meet or exceed, as well as maintain, our high quality standards. We specifically LIMIT THE SIZE of our professional team and the number of homes we build each year. This ensures us the exceptional quality in home construction that we are well-known and respected for in the community.
